Add 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda to 8 oz of water and stir until the powder has completely dissolved. Drink a cupful before bed, one first thing in the morning, and then, one cup every three hours between meals. But don’t drink more than 8 cups per day i.e. 4 teaspoons of baking soda.
